Our Safety Program /

We’re lucky enough to work on some of the most transformative projects in Australia. But the nature of construction means potential hazards are never far away. Every year, the industry sees a wide range of workplace incidents, severe injuries and even fatalities, all of which could have been prevented.

As part of our commitment to safety, we’ve embarked on a collaborative journey with a diverse cross-section of our people to review our processes, benchmark them against industry-leading practices and help embed a consistent safety approach in the culture of our business.

The result is Safety 7 – a set of expected behaviours and risk management practices, mapped across seven core areas of our business.

Safety 7 aims to:

  • Clarify and standardise our approach to risk management
  • Help team members overcome the challenges of evolving project hazards through examples of best practice and compliance
  • Provide a standard for the execution of unique work activities.
